While you might think of Anchorage, Alaska as in the middle of nowhere, I was shocked how many restaurants there were in the Anchorage area and how many options there were available for all types of cuisines. Daniel and I had no problem finding some incredible meals here, and I highly recommend that you spend a day or two exploring the area before heading off on your Alaska road trip.
